It is Kershaw's first career honor, and he was the Lancer accorded all-conference honors this year.
"He scored just 3 goals last year but was able to bounce back with a big year for us," said California Baptist head coach Shayon Jalayer. "He battled through so many injuries this year and was still able to produce, so this is a huge accomplishment for him. When he was on his game, we were able to get the results."
In 15 games, Kershaw led the Lancers with 9 goals and 21 points. He also tallied 3 assists. Kershaw scored goals in 3 of the Lancers' final 5 games. His 9 goals was a career-high.
Kershaw ranked ninth in the GSAC in goals and 11th in points. With 17 career goals, Kershaw moved into the top 10 on the California Baptist career goal-scoring chart.
