
CBU Track teams earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

RIVERSIDE – California Baptist University track teams continue to excel, this time in the classroom as both the men and women's teams earned national honors being named as United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic teams for 2020.
The women's squad closed out the academic year with a 3.726 grade-point average. In addition to being the highest GPA in the Western Athletic Conference, the mark landed the women with the seventh highest GPA among all of Division I women's programs.
The men's squad turned in a GPA of 3.24, which also got them the top spot in the WAC rankings for all men's teams.
In total, 264 different women's programs and 199 different men's programs were honored across Division I.
