Schrader Earns First NCAA Division I Top-25 Ranking in CBU History from FloWrestling

RIVERSIDE – Zach Schrader became the first California Baptist University wrestler ranked in NCAA Division I this week when FloWrestling slotted him in at No. 25 overall at heavyweight.
Schrader is off to a 3-1 start this season after winning two more matches last week. He's won two of his bouts this season in overtime, with 4-2 sudden victories over Utah Valley's Chase Trussell and Cal Poly's Samuel Aguilar. His other win is a pin over Little Rock's Josiah Hill (2:10).
The one loss this season for Schrader came against Northern Colorado's Dalton Robertson, who was No. 11 in the country at the time.
Schrader's career record is now 65-30-1, which ranks him ninth in CBU history for all-time wins. His 43 wins over the last three years are a record for the Lancers in the NCAA Division I era.
