
Seven Lancers Earn CSCA All-American Status

DALLAS – The reigning National Champions, California Baptist University STUNT, have placed seven players among the College STUNT Coaches Association All-American list. The Lancers received four First Team, two Second Team, and one Honorable Mention nod in review of the 2023 season.
Vanessa Copeland and Breanna Gonzalez led the Lancers with their third All-American nod each, as both also earned their third First Team distinction. Copeland adds the honor of CSCA Athlete of the Year to her impressive career award list to culminate an all-time collegiate career.
Jordan Bruce also made the list for the third time in her career, getting First Team honors for the second time. Sophomore Bailee Henry earned her first recognition this season, rounding off the CBU First Team list.
Michaela Grim and Elizabeth Hussein were paired up on the Second Team list. For Hussein, it is her first such honor. Grim's inclusion makes it back-to-back awards for the sophomore flyer. As a sophomore, Kara Crivelli also earned distinction, making the cut for the Honorable Mention list.
The College STUNT Coaches Association would like to recognize the College STUNT 2023 All Americans based on the following criteria:
- Participate in all 4 quarters of play (Quarter 1: Partner Stunts, Quarter 2: Pyramids and Tosses, Quarter 3: Jumps and Tumbling, Quarter 4: Team Routine).
- Participate in at least 50% of games played.
- Be a vital component to the team's success; power ranking.
