Lancers Take Down Vanguard for Second Time This Season

RIVERSIDE--- The California Baptist STUNT program notched their 20th win of the season after downing Vanguard University 23-2 on Thursday evening. The Lancers continue their perfect home game streak and improve to 20-0.
CBU dominated the Lions for a second time this season and held VU to just two points, after allowing Vanguard to score four points earlier this year. Michaela Grim snagged the Highest Rated Player nod after tallying 62 points on the mat for her fourth honor of the season. Alexcius York was Tumbler of the Game with 23 points, while Elizabeth Hussein notched 46 points for the Stunter of the Game.
The Lancers will return to the mat on Wednesday, April 3rd in the Dale E. and Sarah Ann Fowler Event Center for Senior Day as CBU welcomes Concordia.
