
The WAC Releases the 2023-24 Winter All-Academic List

ARLINGTON--- The Western Athletic Conference released its 2023-24 Winter All-Academic honorees on Wednesday afternoon, with 36 Lancer Athletes being honored across four sports.
To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average, and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
Men's and Women's Swim and Dive led the way with an impressive 31 athletes represented on the list. The 31 honorees were more than any other WAC school, besting the next highest by five, which was Grand Canyon. Men's and Women's Basketball both had multiple nominees on the list, including Kinsley Barrington and Filipa Barros from the women's team and Hunter Goodrick, Malik Wade, and Blondeau Tchoukuiegno on the men's side.
