STUNT Wins Saturday Battle in Fullerton

FULLERTON, CA --- The Lancers added another win to their historic record on Saturday with their 25-1 finish against St. Mary's (TX). CBU is now 4-0 to start the season, leading up to their first two home games next week.
Alexcius York was the highest-rated player in the win with 75 points. Layla Langrell was named the stunter of the game with 74 points, and Kaleigh Hafner earned 34 points to claim the title of tumbler of the game.
Saturday's win extends CBU's win streak to 111 games, matching the record for longest win streak in college sports, set by the University of Connecticut's women's basketball team. The Lancers will go for the record when they take to the mat on Friday.
CBU will play two times inside the Van Dyne Gym next week as Concordia and Cal Poly visit Riverside. CBU's games are set for 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
