- Recorded the fastest time on the team in the 500 free with a time of 4:35.6 at the PCSC Championships
- Recorded a time of 9:57.7 in the 1000 free and 16:22.5 in the 1650 free

- Swam eight different individual events as a freshman
- Posted the fastest times on the team in the 200-yard, 500-yard, 1000-yard and 1650-yard freestyle (1:41.85, 4:37.27, 9:59.14 and 16:15.01)
- His 1:53.66 in the 200-yard butterfly was second fastest on the team
