- Finished 6th in 100-IM at Cal State East Bay Christmas Invite
- Took 4th in 100-fly at Cal State East Bay Christmas Invite

- Prepped at Jersey Village High in Jersey Village, Texas, where he graduated in 2015
- Received All-State honors in butterfly
- Achieved All-Region recognition in backstroke and butterfly
- Served as Falcons team captain in 2014-15
