2019 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in five races in 2019... Best 8K time and finish of the season came at the 39th Annual Cross Country Invitational hosted by UC Riverside, where he finished 25th in a time of 24:58.0.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Aizpute Secondary School in Aizpute, Latvia, where he graduated in 2019... Competed for the club team Liepajas rajona Sporta skola... Owns personal bests of 9:15 in the steeplechase and 31:19 in the 10,000 meter... Represented Latvia at the 2018 European U20 Cross Country Championships and at the 2019 European U23 Championships.
