•   Did not wrestle in 2011-12, as a junior
2010-11
•   Posted a career best 26-19 record as a sophomore
•   Qualified for the NCWA National Championships, going 4-1 and finishing second earning NCWA All-American honors at heavyweight
•   Was 10-9 in dual matches, earning 42 dual points, fourth highest mark on the team
•   Had five pins, including one in 0:43 against Scott Kransky of San Jose State at the California Collegiate Open
•   Went 5-1 at the NCWA National Duals, pinning Central Florida's Daniel Rowe in 1:34 in the championship match
2009-10
•   Was an NAIA National Qualifier, making it to the fourth round of the wrestleback bracket
•   Posted a 16-23 mark, including a 3-9 mark in dual matches
•   Scored nine dual points and had two pins, including one in 55 seconds
•   Won 9-of-10 matches from Oct. 31-Nov. 14
•   Took fourth place at the Cuesta Invitational (Oct. 31)
HIGH SCHOOL
•   Wrestled three varsity seasons at San Clemente (Calif.) High where he graduated in 2008
•   Compiled a record of 78-17
•   Was ranked the No. 1 heavyweight in Orange County by the Orange County Register as a senior and was No. 3 as a junior
•   Took third at CIF as a junior

•   Born Nov. 3, 1989, to Steve and Linda Evers
•   Has one sister, Chelsea
•   Majoring in liberal arts with a minor in athletic training
•   Plans to teach elementary school for the Peace Corps
