- Won Division II Super Region IV and RMAC championships
- Went 16-3 at 184 pounds, going 3-0 in duals, and with two of his losses coming to Division I opponents

- Logged 12-straight victories at one point

- Went 30-4 at 184 pounds and 13-0 in duals
- Earned NCAA Division II All-American honors by taking fifth in 184-pound bracket
- Won NCAA Division II Super West Region 184-pound championship
- Set program winning-streak record with 24-consecutive victories
- Posted 18 bonus-point victories (nine major decisions, seven technical falls, two pins)
- Defeated five NCAA Division I opponents from Stanford, Air Force, Bakersfield, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Grand Canyon

- Won New York Collegiate State Championship and placed third in conference with a 7-1 record after being ranked top-20 in NCAA Division I 174-pound bracket

- Prepped four years at Apple Valley High School, in Apple Valley, Minn., graduating in 2011
- Served as team captain twice, while logging a 80-3 as an upperclassman (48-1 as a senior, 32-2 as a junior) and an undefeated 16-0 in conference in the process
- Senior season named State Champion, Fila Junior Greco-Roman National Champion, National Finalist in Greco-Roman
- Three-time All-State – winning state title as a senior, going runner-up as a junior and placing fourth as a freshman – and four-time all-conference and section champion
- Finished senior year as an Asics All-American, ranked third in the country at 171 pounds and top-50 recruit overall
- Crowned Christmas Tournament champion three times from sophomore to senior year
- Won national championships in Fila Junior and Cadet Greco-Roman competitions as a senior and junior, respectively
- Reached Greco-Roman national finals as a senior, won Kaufman-Brand College Open and was a freestyle All-American as a junior
- Two-time Folkstyle National Champion (Triple Crown) as a freshmen and sophomore
