HOUSTON, Texas (Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004) -- The CBU men's water polo team won two games on the final day of competition of the U.S. Open Club Championships on Sunday to finish in fifth place. The Lancers beat Dirty Bay, 15-9, and Austin, 11-5.
Goran Milic was named to the All-Tournament first team and Filip Lugovic was named honorable mention.

LANCERS SPLIT TWO MORE AT U.S. OPEN CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
HOUSTON, Texas (Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004) -- The CBU men's water polo split two more games at the U.S. Open Club Championships on Saturday, losing to Miami, 9-7, but bouncing back to rout Dallas, 16-5. The Lancers will aim for a fifth-place finish on the final day of competition on Sunday.
Filip Lugovic scored three goals in each game to lead the Lancers. Jon Miller made a total of 12 saves.

LANCERS BEGIN 1-1 AT U.S. OPEN CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
HOUSTON, Texas (Friday, Oct. 29, 2004) -- The CBU men's water polo team, taking a break from collegiate competition, has split its first two games at the U.S. Open Club Championships, beating Houston, 12-7, but falling to one of the tournament favorites, Olympic Club, 13-6, on Friday.
Goran Milic scored a total of five goals to lead CBU, while Jon Miller made a total of 16 saves.
CBU plays Miami and Dallas on Saturday, then will move into the finals on Sunday.
