The Lancers had five players named to the first team, two on the second team and made a clean sweep of all five of the individual awards. The Lancers had more players on the first or second team than any other program.
Matt Marnati was named PacWest Tri-Player of the Year, sharing the honor with Dixie State's Joe Andrade and Grand Canyon's Michael Pomeroy. Jon Bengard was named Pitcher of the Year, Andy Crowley was named Freshman of the Year, and Kevin Odom was named Co-Newcomer of the Year along with Derek Mendoza of Grand Canyon.
Marnati, Bengard, Crowley and Odom were joined on the 13-member first team by sophomore Blair Moore.
Matt Daugherty and Zach Esquerra were named to the All-PacWest second team.
Head Coach Gary Adcock was named PacWest Coach of the Year. It is his fourth career coach of the year honor in nine seasons as a collegiate head coach.
Marnati hit .366 and led the conference with 23 doubles, 51 RBIs and 103 total bases. He was also second with 71 hits and 49 runs and was fifth with 11 stolen bases. It is his third straight all-conference award after garnering back-to-back All-GSAC honors as a freshman and sophomore.
Bengard led the PacWest with a 10-2 record and was fourth with a 3.18 ERA, just one of seven pitchers with an ERA under 4.00. He was also fourth in the conference with 65 strikeouts and won 10 of his 13 appearances.
Crowley was third in the PacWest, hitting .394 and ranked in the top in runs, hits, RBIs and total bases per game. Odom was fifth, hitting .374 and led the conference with 52 runs and was second with six home runs. Moore was fourth in the conference, hitting .377 and third in runs scored (47), second in RBIs (48) and home runs (6).
