Stunting Is A Habit

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — For the first time in California Baptist University history, a stunt group competed at the National Cheerleaders Association Championship at the Daytona Beach Bandshell. Hoping for a top-10 finish, the Lancers got just that with eighth place.
Katarina McKnight, Briana Davee, Taylor Hendricksen and Raven Rivera had 45 seconds to perform straight stunts, going up against All-Girl stunt groups of various divisions. While yesterday the Lancers may have had some nerves heading into their team performance, the foursome looked comfortable and confident in warm-ups and as they headed out onto the stage.
The music queued and the four Lancers showed off their stunting skills. CBU couldn't quite get off the last, most difficult stunt, but the crowd still ate up the performance.
