RIVERSIDE, Calif. — With only eight days remaining until California Baptist University heads to Daytona Beach, Fla., for the National Cheerleading Association National Championship, the Lancers showcased their talents Thursday night in front of a packed Van Dyne Gym.
Both the CBU Golden Girls and Blue Crew, along with Mt. SAC, showed off their skills, performing chants and dance routines that will be seen on the stage at The Band Shell in just eight days. It was a final tune up for the Lancers, who are attempting to make history as the first all-girls Division II team to win three-straight titles.
CBU has remained undefeated in competition since winning its first NCA Championship in 2013 and will look to defend its crown next week.
