RIVERSIDE, Calif. – For the fifth season in a row, California Baptist University produced the PacWest Volleyball Scholar-Athlete of the Year in Lauren Hackett on Tuesday.

The PacWest Scholar-Athlete of the Year awards recognize one student-athlete from each of the PacWest's 15 sponsored sports for their academic and athletic achievements during the year.
The honorees were selected in a vote by the PacWest sports information directors. Each of the winners are now eligible for the PacWest Male and Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year awards, which will be announced on Wednesday.
