RIVERSIDE --- California Baptist University's men's basketball will close out its three-game homestand against Grand Canyon on Feb. 16 before making the trip up North to face Seattle U on Feb. 19.

Wednesday's game against the Lopes will mark the final home game in the month of February for the Lancers. CBU enters the week with back-to-back wins after taking down Lamar and The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
Taran Armstrong was named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Week after his performance in the Lancers' two wins. He averaged 10.5 points and 9.5 assists per game. Armstrong is currently leading the WAC with 7.2 assists per game on the season and is fourth in the nation.
