LAS VEGAS, NV--- California Baptist's cheer team participated in the NCA/USA College Camp on Thursday afternoon to compete for an invitation to Nationals and kick off the season. The Lancers came away with a Full Paid Bid to both the NCA College Nationals and the USA Collegiate Champions after being named the highest-scoring All-Girl team at camp.
Each year, teams from all over the country, across all divisions, compete at the NCA/USA Collegiate Camp with hopes of earning accolades heading into the season and a ticket to compete at the national championship in April. The advanced team earned the Gold Paid Bid after earning 128 points in the competition, the second-highest scoring amongst all teams including coed squads.
