CBU Men's Basketball Gets National TV Opportunity vs. Utah Valley on Jan. 23

ARLINGTON--- The Western Athletic Conference announced that the California Baptist University men's basketball team will be on the national TV stage this season with a conference game against Utah Valley in early January set to air on ESPNU.
The CBU vs. UVU game will be one of three matchups during the WAC slate that will be aired on national TV, along with Seattle U at Grand Canyon and Tarleton at UT Arlington. The game will be hosted in the Dale E. & Sarah Ann Folwer Events Center on January 23 at 8 PM PT and will be CBU's second home conference game of the new season.
CBU will also get a chance to be on the national stage in the non-conference portion of its schedule, with the Holiday Invitational at the Acrisure Tournament being broadcast exclusively by TNT Sports.
CBU's season opener is set for Monday, November 4, as they welcome in the University of Incarnate Word for a 7 PM tip-off in Riverside, California.
