Manuel ran in just one race during the shortened season, finishing second in the 3,000m race at the RCC Invitational in a time of 8:25.73, good enough to secure the seventh fastest time in program history.
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in all five races in 2019... Best 8K time came at the Arturo Barrios Invitational at Texas A&M, where he finished 12th in a time of 24:04.7... Best finish of the season came at the WAC Championships, where he finished 6th overall and earned First Team All-Conference honors.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended IES Penyeta Roja in Castellón, Spain... Ran club with Playas de Castellón... Owns a personal best of 14:37 in the 5,000 meter... Represented Spain at the 2018 European U20 Cross Country Championships.
