McMarshal ran in just one race during the shortened season.
2019 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in all five races in 2019... Best 8K time came at the Arturo Barrios Invitational at Texas A&M, where he finished 14th in a time of 24:10.6... Best finish of the season came at the WAC Championships, where he finished fourth overall and earned First Team All-Conference honors.
2019 TRACK
Competed in 10 races as a sophomore... Represented CBU in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters at the WAC Championships... Ran the 5,000m in 15:46.12 and the 10,000m in 32:28.86... Posted six top 10 finishes.
2018 CROSS COUNTRY
Ran in three races as a sophomore... His best run came at the Highlander Invitational when he ran the 8K in 24:43.6 for a sixth-place finish... Placed 23rd at the WAC Championship with a 25:09.1.
2017 CROSS COUNTRY
Named the PacWest Men's Cross Country Runner and Freshman of the Year... Helped the Lancers grab their seventh-straight PacWest Cross Country Championship... Finished first overall at the conference 8K championship to earn All-PacWest First Team honors... Competed in the NCAA Division II West Regional Meet, finishing 3rd overall... Finished 20th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships.
