Appeared in 53 and started 48 games as a true freshman... Hit .272 (40-for-147) and scored 29 times and drove in 19 runs... Stole five bases on the year... Logged a season-high three hits at Hawaii Pacific and drove in three RBIs at Hawaii Hilo on March 9 and 15, respectively... Named PacWest Freshman of the Week on March 12th... Earned PacWest All-Academic awards.

Has two aunts, Julie Lupo and Connie Zuniga who attended CBU - Lupo played soccer for the Lancers... Kinesiology major... Enjoys playing baseball... His favorite Bible verse is John 3:16... Wants to become a physical trainer after graduation.
