LA MIRADA, Calif., -- Before the RMAC Championships, California Baptist University sent out a portion of its team to Biola for a quad meet with the host Eagles, Concordia and Fresno Pacific on Saturday.
The Lancers defeated three of their opponents, beating out Concordia and Biola by scores of 197-65 and Biola 211-61, respectively. Fresno Pacific was able to top CBU on a score on 157.50-121.50.
Alexis Ohmar won the first event for the Lancers beating out Fresno Pacific in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of one minute and 40.82 seconds. Josh Hanson took home two first-place finishes, including the 400 individual medley in 4:00.25 and clocking in at 50.38 in the 100-yard backstroke.
Next up for CBU is the conference championships, as it heads out to Colorado Spring, Colo. The event will play out February 11th to the 14th.
