RIVERSIDE – Seven-straight wins fueled California Baptist University wrestling to a dual victory in its home opener in the Van Dyne Gym on Saturday.
The Lancers won eight of 10 matches to steamroll their way through Fresno State, 35-8, to start the day and then fell to North Dakota State to cap things off, 30-6. A total of nine CBU wrestlers won matches on the day, with Caden Gerlach winning both of his matches.
