13 Lancers Land on the 2026 GCC All-Academic List

RIVERSIDE--- The Gold Coast Conference released its 2026 All-Academic list on Thursday morning, with 13 Lancers meeting the requirements for the prestigious honor.
The criteria for GCC All-Academic are as follows:
- Is an active participant of their team, having competed in at least Fifty (50) percent of games in the current season (may not be a redshirt).
- Carry over a 3.0 Cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Be classified as a "full-time" student for all terms of attendance.
- Have completed a minimum of one (1) academic year at his/her institution. Yes, freshmen who completed this academic year are eligible.
The 13 Lancers on the list were tied for fourth most in the conference and included Julia Almendariz, Reese Beringer, Niya Bumbaca, Georgia Eccles, Morgan Gates, Madison Haworth, Briana Livingston, Delilah Moreno, Aubrey Newton, Bella Raynes, Bailey Rosa, Devyn Ruffer, and Tyanna Schneider.
Almendariz, Ruffer, Beringer, Haworth, Bumbaca, Gates, and Newton all make the list for the third time in their careers, while Tyanna Schneider closes her career with four straight all-academic honors. As a team, the Lancers boasted a 3.606 spring GPA, one of their best marks of the GCC era.
