Blake D’Agostino Named to the United Soccer Coaches Forwards to Watch List

KANSAS CITY, MO --- Junior striker Blake D'Agostino became the third CBU student-athlete to be named to the Hermann Award Players to Watch List. United Soccer Coaches announced its final list on Monday, as the final group of players to watch included forwards from around Division I men's soccer.
D'Agostino is the third CBU athlete to earn recognition for the Hermann Award. He is joined by defender William Lawson and midfielder Stavros Charalampous.
The 2025 season was a career year for D'Agostino as he led the Lancers with ten goals. He also tied the program record of consecutive matches with a goal, as D'Agostino scored in seven straight matches. The striker also led the Lancers in points with 22 as he added a pair of assists as well.
For his efforts, D'Agostino was invited to the MLS College Showcase in Arizona, leading to his eventual selection in the MLS SuperDraft by Sporting Kansas City (64th overall).
In two collegiate seasons, D'Agostino has scored 15 goals and has 32 points. He enters the 2026 season fifth in CBU's Division I era for most goals in a career.
The Lancers will begin a new era with the 2026 season, as the men's soccer program transitions from the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) to the Pac-12. CBU will play its first-ever Pac-12 match on September 30 when the Lancers visit Gonzaga in Spokane, WA.
CBU will open the season on August 20 with the first of two matches in Durham, NC. The Lancers will play Campbell on day one of the season before battling Duke on August 23. CBU will hold its home opener on August 31 with a 7 p.m. match against Denver.
