Helped Bulldogs win Oregon 4A State Championship in 2018... Made all-state teams her final three seasons... Reaped All-State first team and all-conference honors as a senior... Voted all-district and all-conference honors in 2017... Won the 100-yard breaststroke district championships as a junior and senior... Also ran varsity cross country and track... Swam club at Utica Shelby, Liquid Lightning, South Coast Aquatic and Scottsdale Aquatic.

Born in Fort Riley, Kansas... Daughter of Sasha and Jason Trichler... Has three siblings: Sadie, Ryan and Rio... Father, Jason, ran cross country at Concordia College in Minnesota and was inducted into its Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016... Mother, Sasha, swam and played softball at Dickinson... Enjoys backpacking, climbing, whitewater paddle boarding, nutrition sciences, nearly anything related to the ocean, mountains and food... Lists Jeremiah 33:3 as her favorite Bible verse... Kinesiology major.
