Wrestled unattached as a redshirt at the Roadrunner Open and Reno Tournament of Champions... Logged a 3-3 record at 197 pounds with a pin on the season.

Prepped at Hamilton High in Chandler, Ariz., where he graduated in 2021... Three-time all-state, all-conference and state placer... Won state championship as a senior... Named Male Scholar Athlete of the Year, Wrestler of the Year and team MVP in 2021... Served as team captain all four years... Qualified as an All-American at Grand River Rumble and Turf Wars... Three-time Rocky Mountain Nationals champion... Won titles at Grand Canyon Nationals and One True Champion tournaments... Competed with Thorobred Wrestling Club.

Son of Tiffany and Chris Sobas... Has two siblings, Kaylee and Carmyn... Has five relatives who were student-athletes in college... Chemical engineering major... Plans to pursue a career in chemical engineering after graduation... Enjoys working out and listening to music... Mark 10:27 and Psalm 118:6 are his favorite Bible verses.
