Official Game Rules
HITTING:
1. Every position player must hit the whole game.
2. Senior pitchers may be inserted to hit one at bat at any time in the order.
3. Courtesy runners for Catchers may be used. Senior Pitchers may not run!
DEFENSE:
1. Position players must play three innings of defense each game.
2. Pitchers may only play a position in case of injury/sickness emergency.
3. All defensive assignments or plays will be the responsibility of the Team Captain.
4. Two way players must play three innings of defense or get in the game to pitch to at least one hitter.
PITCHING:
1. Pitchers are required to make at least 50 pitches or 3 innings with a maximum of 100.
2. 45 pitches is the maximum for any inning. Once 45 pitches are thrown the machine must finish the inning if the pitcher has not thrown his 50 minimum. (Last day & has not thrown earlier)
3. Live pitchers must be used until your team is out than the machine pitches the rest of the game.
4. Pitchers may throw consecutive days not exceeding 75 total pitches.
5. Pitchers exceeding 50 pitches in one outing but less than 60 pitches in that same outing must have day off before throwing again. 80 pitches max for weekend!
6. Pitchers exceeding 60 pitches in one outing may not throw again the rest of the series.
7. Each team must chart total pitches of each pitcher to report to Coach Adcock on Call!
