RIVERSIDE, Calif. --- Stephanie Glendenning scored 2 goals per game in a pair of victories for California Baptist, in day one of the Lancer Invitational at the Lancer Aquatics Center Friday.
The Lancers (10-3) opened the day with a 12-5 drubbing of the U.S. Air Force Academy club polo team, led by multi-goal games from Julie Hale, Glendenning, Chelsea Gentry, and were led by Whitney Shaw's 3 goals in an 11-3 win over La Verne.
Glendenning joined Corrie Stuursma, Cydney Owen and Krista Chacon, who each scored a pair of goals in the win over La Verne, as they jumped ahead, 8-1, at halftime.
Tomorrow, the Lancers take on UC Santa Cruz and Chapman at 1:20 and 4 p.m., respectively.
