CBU keeps the lone undefeated record in WAC play alive and well, as it improves to 14-6 overall and 7-0 in conference. TSU drops to 8-16 overall and 1-6. The Lancers remain in sole possession of first place in the WAC standings, but Sacramento State is not far off in second place at 10-1. Grand Canyon is in third at 6-2 and NM State is in fourth at 8-3.
Ulises Caballero and Glenn were the two Lancers who had hits in both games on Saturday. Glenn posted five runs batted in on the day and homered in consecutive games after going deep in Saturday's opener. It accounted for his 26th career homer, as he now ranks 13th in CBU's all-time history and fifth in the NCAA era for career homers.

A pair of two-run homers from Glenn and Simon in the fourth inning fueled CBU to a 6-3 win in game one. The Lancers scored two more runs on an error in the fifth to overcome the Texans, who scored the first run of the game in the top of the fourth.
