MGOLF Preview: CBU Will Finish Regular Season at El Macero Classic

RIVERSIDE--- The California Baptist men's golf team enters the weekend fresh off a fifth-place finish at the Irish Creek Collegiate and will now turn to face the El Macero Classic, hosted by UC Davis. After carding their third top-five finish as a team, Fred Tindale earned his first individual win as a Lancer in North Carolina after battling through five playoff holes and was named the Western Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week.
The Lancers will head north to Davis, California, where they will spend three days at the El Macero Country Club. The 18-hole championship course is a par 72 complete and has served as a qualifying spot for several USGA events over the years, and is the home course for UC Davis Men's and Women's golf teams.

Tindale, Kurtis Rodriguez, Luke Bartram, Eeli Kujanpaa, and Sean Citherlet will make the trip. Tindale will be looking to maintain a top-five ranking against 18 clubs, while both Rodriguez and Citherlet have been having solid outings recently.
