2015
  • Played in all 53 games, with 51 starts
  • Batted .230, with 18 runs, 14 RBI, 12 doubles and four stolen bases
  • Had seven multi-hit games
  • Notched four hits and four runs at Dixie State on April 10th
  • Bashed two doubles at Colorado Mesa on Feb. 19th

CHAFFEY
  • Played one season under coach Jeff Harlow at Chaffey College in 2014, redshirted in 2013
  • Named first-team All-Southern California and Foothill Conference and Chaffey Defensive MVP as a sophomore
  • Hit .366 in 27 regular-season games, batting .412 in conference
  • Logged 19 RBI, six doubles, two triples and was 4-for-4 in stolen bases


UC RIVERSIDE
  • Played one season under coach Doug Smith at UC Riverside in 2012
  • Appeared in 24 games, making 19 starts
  • Batted .217 with 15 hits, 11 RBI, two triples
  • Walked more times (nine) than he struck out (seven)
  • Stole two bases on three attempts
  • Maintained a .966 fielding percentage with just two errors on 56 chances

  • Prepped four varsity seasons at Etiwanda High in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., where he graduated in 2011
  • Two-time All-Baseline League selection, making first team as a senior
  • Voted All-CIF Southern Section first-teamer, second-team All-Inland Valley and team MVP in 2011
  • Hit .386 with 44 hits, 14 RBI, seven triples, six doubles and was 13-for-15 in stolen bases
  • Guided Eagles to first CIF appearance since 1995 and first CIF Championship in program history

PERSONAL
  • Born on September 18, 1993, to Jim and Camille Gallaway
  • Has one brother, Jordan, and sister, Chelsea
  • Family has deep roots in baseball, with five relatives who have played collegiately and four who have connections with professional baseball
  • Uncle, Mike Gallego, is current third base coach of the Oakland Athletics; uncle, Mike Snyder and cousins Niko Gallego and Austin Barnes are currently playing in the MLB double-A level with the Toronto Blue Jays, Arizona Diamondbacks and Miami Marlins, respectively
  • Majoring in kinesiology, with a minor in sports management
  • Plans on being a head baseball coach at the college level after graduation
