Will Carter joined the California Baptist communications team in July 2026 after spending the 2025-26 athletic seasons as the Marketing & Communications Associate for Arkansas-Little Rock.
Carter attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing (’22) and master’s degree in sports studies (’24). Carter began his career in collegiate athletics while at Tulane, starting as a marketing intern.
His career also includes a stint at the professional level, where he served as a Gameday Operations Intern for the Little Rock Rangers Soccer Club of the USL. Carter was also a Corporate Partnerships Intern at the University of Central Arkansas.
Carter is a native of Little Rock, AR.
