• Qualified for the NJCAA National Tournament by placing second at the regional tournament
• Placed fifth at the Stephen’s Point Open
HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons at Poway (Calif.) High where he graduated in 2008
• Compiled a record of 120-31
• Was an All-CIF and All-Palomar League first team selection as a junior and a second team selection as a sophomore and senior
• Was a three-time state qualifier and took fourth as a junior
• Won CIF and Master’s in the San Diego Section as a junior
• Wrestled for a team that won three straight Master’s, CIF and Palomar League titles
