• Finished eighth at 125 pounds at the NAIA National Championships, earning All-American honorable mention
• Complied a 20-10 record; 20-9 at 125
• Posted an 8-2 dual record, tying the team high with 41 dual pionts scored
• Recorded his fastest pin (1:27) in his first bout of the national tournament against Eddie Long (King)
• Knocked off No. 4 Jose Hernandez (Menlo) to take third at the NAIA Western Regional Qualifier
• Defeated No. 7 Billy Exline (Missouri Valley) to advance to the winner’s bracket quaterfinals at the national tournament
