
CBU Completes Back-to-Back at No. 16 Pacific

STOCKTON – California Baptist University women's water polo completed a tough back-to-back road trip at 16th-ranked University of the Pacific on Saturday.
The Lancers got a hat trick from Kira O'Donell but the Tigers came away with the 16-10 win at the Chris Kjeldesen Pool at the Douglass M Eberhardt Aquatics Center.
O'Donell kept her scoring streak alive and well with three goals and two drawn ejections. She's now scored in the last 22 games, has 14 multi-goal games and 12 hat tricks this season.
CBU also got two goals from Kyndall Burrell and three points from Jamie Hutton (one goal, two assists). Madison Gerg and Ava Ratajczak combined for seven saves and two steals in the cage for the Lancers.
Pacific has now won six of its last seven games to improve to 9-10 this season and 3-1 in GCC play, while CBU is now 12-13, 0-4.

The Lancers will be back at home on Thursday, April 7 to host Loyola Marymount at 6 p.m. CBU will close out the conference and regular season with a road game at Azusa Pacific (Saturday, April 9) and then Senior Day versus San Diego State in Riverside on Thursday, April 14.
