RIVERSIDE--- Kristen St. Clair's squad opened CBU's Western Athletic Conference slate with a competitive draw to WAC favorites Utah Valley and a shutout victory against the Seattle Redhawks. THE LANCERS AT A GLANCE
California Baptist kicked off WAC play on Thursday evening against the Utah Valley Wolverines in the CBU Soccer Stadium. The Lancers flexed their depth with Riley Goosen-Brown starting the backline ahead of McKenna Ray due to injury and welcomed back Lourdes Bosch to the midfield. Kaylee Hauck was the name to know after the pair of conference matches after she netted the tying goal against UVU for a point and found the back of the net again on Sunday against Seattle U for three points.
