• Appeared in 17 games, starting seven as a true freshman
• Was 1-1 with a 7.65 ERA and also had one save
• Recorded 40 strikeouts in 40 innings pitched
• Tossed the team’s lone shutout, giving up just three hits and striking out six in a 4-0 win over Westmont
• Picked up lone save, getting the final two outs of a 9-5 win over Westmont
• Threw a scoreless inning of relief against Cal State L.A., San Diego Christian (twice) and Point Loma Nazarene
HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons for head coach Sammy Maniaci at Valley View High in Moreno Valley, Calif., graduating in 2008
• Named All-Inland Valley League and was selected to play in the CIF Senior All-Star Game as a senior
• Was 5-4 with a 1.68 ERA for the 18-10 Eagles
• Threw 50 innings, striking out 38
