2006: Played in 62 games, making 60 starts, as a 2006 junior ... Batted .338 (54-for-160) ... Launched 10 home runs and drove in 43 RBI ... Also scored 40 runs and hit 7 triples ... Ripped 5 postseason homers ... Smashed 2 homers and drove in 4 runs against Tiffin (OH) at the NAIA National Tournament ... Went deep in consecutive games to kick off NAIA Region II Tournament ... Hit .367 (22-for-60) with runners in scoring position ... Was second on team with 12 2-out RBI ... Had 13 multi-hit games ... Scored 3 runs against Trinity International (IL) ... Hit .367 (22-for-60) with runners in scoring position, including .765 (13-for-17) with 2 out.
2005: Played in 29 games, starting 10, as a 2005 sophomore ... Batted .200 (9-for-45) ... Hit a home run against Mary (N.D.) at the NAIA National Tournament ... Hit a 2-run double against Hope International. 2004: Batted .261 (42-for-161) as a 2004 freshman ... Started all 60 games ... Had 2 hits in a game on 6 occasions ... Had 56 putouts, 4 assists, and no errors in the outfield ... Drove in 2 runs against Hope International and Oklahoma City.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played 3 varsity seasons at Canyon Springs High in Moreno Valley, Calif., graduating in 2003 ... Earned All-Ivy League first team as a junior and second team as a sophomore ... Team reached the CIF playoffs 3 times. CLUB: Played with the Moreno Valley Vipers for three years and Corona Minor’s Gold for two years ... Won the national tournament with the Vipers as a 14-year-old.
