With Friday's sweep, the Lancers have now won nine in a row.
The Lancers entered the seventh inning on the wrong end of the scoreboard in their opener against Seattle. The Red Hawks flipped momentum with five runs in the sixth, turning what was a 6-2 CBU lead into a 7-6 deficit.
Makayla Medellin was poised to keep her team alive, as the center fielder launched a solo home run deep over the left field fence to lead off the inning. Three batters later, Malachy Russell-Millen gave her squad the lead with an opposite field two-run shot, making it 9-7.

Seattle got a run back in the bottom half off a solo home run, but Emily Darwin silenced the comeback to clinch a 9-8 victory.
Darwin is credited with the save after recording the final two outs. She started the game but was pulled two innings in for Miranda De Nava who then logged five innings in the circle. De Nava earned the win, her fourth of the year.
CBU's offense started early with a two-run home run by Kenzie Farrier-Pilon, the first of her collegiate career, in the top of the first. A three run triple from Madalyn Martin in the third added to the attack.

Farrier-Pilon, Medellin, and Matti Severns all ended the game with two hits.
A short break followed before the Lancers returned to the diamond, this time against the Bulldogs of Fresno State. For the fourth game in a row, CBU scored in the first inning, this time off a bloop single from Medellin to plate Severns. Fresno equaled the score in the bottom half before CBU regained the lead with two in the second.
Jordyn Madrigal drove in CBU's fourth run of the game in the third, an RBI single, and then an FSU error allowed the fifth run to cross home in the sixth.
Darwin got the start once again and earned the win this time, tossing five innings in which she allowed two runs on six hits. De Nava logged the final two innings, earning her second save, as she kept the Bulldogs off the board while striking out three.
Medellin again racked up a pair of hits, giving her eight through four games in the desert.
CBU will return to Big League Dreams on Saturday for their final game of the Mary Nutter Classic. The Lancers will play Utah under the lights, with first pitch coming at 7 p.m.
After tomorrow, CBU will return home for a single game on Tuesday against San Diego.
