HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped three varsity seasons at San Gorgonio High in San Bernardino, Calif., graduating in 2008 ... Was a three-time All-San Andreas League selection ... Named All-County and All-CIF as a senior after ranking among the San Bernardino County leaders in home runs ... Led the Spartans to the league title as a junior.
PERSONAL: Born Dec. 16, 1989, in San Bernardino, Calif., to David and Brenda Heusterberg ... Has one brother (Davey) and one sister (Jenn) ... Majoring in history/political science and would like to be a high school teacher after graduation.
